SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Nutrapel Professional ships within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. Nutrapel Professional is not processing orders outside the United States and orders going to APO/FPO or P.O BOX.
Shipping rates for orders placed on www.nutrapel.us vary by region and order size. Please check your shopping cart for the shipping rates for your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment with tracking information where available for your package. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Generally, you should receive your product within 3-5 business days once your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Addresses changes must be made prior to the order shipping. If a change of address is made after an order has been shipped, all shipping charges incurred will be billed to the customer.
After second refusal/undeliverable order the customer must pay a $25.00 penalty in addition to all incurred charges.
Order tracking is available for most orders; however, this may vary depending on your location. Please note that tracking information availability may vary depending on the carrier that services your area.
DAMAGE OR LOSS
Nutrapel Professional partner with FedEx for product delivery. Nutrapel Professional is NOT responsible in case for any loss or damage. FedEx will require proof of loss or damage in order to file the claim and start investigations. FedEx insurance covers up to $99.00 in case damage or loss. If you want to protect your shipping for the full amount, please send an email to email@example.com to give you a quote for the full amount of your purchase.
RETURNS BY MAIL
To return your item(s) by mail, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization label. Your refund minus shipping and handling will be credited back to your original payment method once the return has been processed.
Returns are ONLY accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within ninety (90) days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice.
The following types of product are not accepted for return: Unsellable Product or product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, cracked and dropped.
Returns of unwanted merchandise require a Return Authorization, within 30 days of purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, a refund will not be issued and the merchandise will not be returned.
